Born out of lived experience, compassion, and long-term service to vulnerable populations in Kenya. What began as informal mentorship has evolved into a structured community movement.
Traces its roots to community mentorship programs initiated through school and church engagement, where the urgent social, emotional, and economic needs of children and families became impossible to ignore. Over time, alumni of these mentorship efforts came together, formally organized themselves, and established T.B.T CBO to widen impact beyond a single institution or location.
Today, the organization serves as a platform for sustained community transformation, driven by people who deeply understand the challenges faced by the very communities they serve.
To provide inclusive, personalized support within local communities, enabling individuals and families to improve their lives and restore hope.
We intentionally focus on groups that are often overlooked or marginalized in our communities.
Through mentorship, guidance, and safe learning environments, we help young people discover their potential.
Offering psychosocial support, skills development, and pathways back to education or income generation.
Advocating inclusion, protection, and dignity for those who are often overlooked by society.
Supporting those who lack family or financial stability, ensuring they age with dignity and care.
Our work is centered on holistic, community-based solutions that address the root causes of poverty and marginalization.
Regular mentorship sessions that address mental wellbeing, emotional wellbeing, life skills, education, and social challenges.
Supporting young mothers to return to school, acquire technical skills, or start small businesses.
